You shall know that
Alhym exists and never believe that any deity is true, other than the
One Alhym Yahuah.
You shall not
blaspheme the Name of Alhym, for you shall always sanctify His Name,
and you shall never abuse the Name of Alhym.
You must believe that
Alhym is One, a complete Unity.
You shall love Alhym.
You shall fear Alhym
reverently
You shall not doubt the
Word of Alhym.
You shall imitate the
good and upright Way of Alhym.
You shall honour the
ancient and wise Torah.
You shall learn Torah
and teach it to others.
You shall cleave to
those who know Torah and who love Alhym.
You shall not add to
the Mitzvoth of Torah.
You shall not take away
from the Mitzvoth of Torah.
Every person shall
write a scroll of these Mitzvoth for himself.
All males must be
circumcised.
You shall place fringes
on the corners of sanctified clothing and all garments that have four
corners.
You shall bind the Word
of Alhym on your hand and on your forehead.
You shall place a
mezuzah on the door posts and gates of your house.
You shall pray only to
Alhym through Yahushuah.
You shall read the
Sh'ma in the morning and at night.
You shall recite
prayers after meals.
You shall not set aside
a stone for the purpose of worshipping it.
You shall love all who
are of the Covenant.
You shall not stand by
idly while a human life is in danger.
You shall not wrong any
one in speech or writing.
You shall not make up
tales.
You shall not carry
hatred of those of the Covenant in your heart.
You shall not take
revenge.
You shall not bear a
grudge against anyone.
You shall not put
anyone of the Covenant to shame.
You shall not curse a
fellow Yisraelite.
You shall do not thing
that would cause the simple-minded to stumble on the road or do
anything that will cause another person to sin.
The sinner is to be
rebuked by those in authority.
You shall provide
relief to a neighbour of his burden and help to unload his beast.
You shall assist in
replacing the load upon a neighbour's beast.
You shall not leave a
beast that has fallen down beneath its burden unaided.
You shall not afflict
an orphan or a widow.
You shall not reap the
entire field.
You shall leave the
un-reaped corners or an edge of the field or orchard for the poor.
You shall not gather
the ears of the crop or the fruit that have fallen to the ground
while reaping.
You shall leave the
ears of the crop or the fruit that have fallen to the ground for the
poor.
You shall not gather
imperfect clusters of the vineyard.
You shall leave the

generations.

prostitute or make use of such a person.
A man shall take a
woman as his wife by the sacrament of marriage.
A newly married husband
shall be exempt from military service for one year to rejoice with
his wife.
A bridegroom shall be
exempt for a whole year from taking part in any public labour,
guarding the walls and similar duties.
You shall not withhold
food, clothing or conjugal rights from a spouse.
A woman suspected of
adultery shall be dealt with as prescribed in the Torah.
If a man defames his
wife's honour by falsely accusing her of unchastity before marriage,
he must live with her all his lifetime.
A man may not divorce
his wife concerning whom he has published an evil report about her
unchastity before marriage.
One must divorce by use
of a formal written document approved by the Elders of the Assembly.
One who divorced his
wife shall not remarry her, if after the divorce she had been married
to another man.
A widow whose husband
died childless must not be married to anyone but her deceased
husband's brother (this is only in effect insofar as it requires the
procedure of release below).
A man shall marry the
widow of a brother who has died childless (this is only in effect

The widow may formally
release the brother-in-law (if he refuses to marry her).
A man shall not indulge
in familiarities with his female relatives, such as sensual kissing,
carnal embracing, or provocative winking which may lead to incest.

poor Yisraelite.
You shall not demand
from a poor Yisraelite repayment of his debt, when the creditor knows
that he is unable pay, nor press him.
You shall not take the
mill or the upper millstone to pledge.
You shall not exact a
pledge from a debtor by force.
You shall not keep the
pledge from its owner at the time when he needs it.
You shall return a
pledge to its owner when the debt has been paid or when he needs it.
You shall not take a
pledge from a widow.
You shall not commit
fraud in measuring.
You shall ensure that
scales and weights are correct.
You shall not possess
inaccurate measures and weights.
You shall not delay
payment of a hired man's wages.
You shall permit the
hired labourer to eat of the produce he is reaping.
The hired labourer
shall not take more than he can reasonably eat.
A hired labourer shall
not eat produce that is not being harvested.
You shall pay wages to
the hired man at the due time.
You shall deal
judicially with the Yisraelite servant in accordance with the laws
appertaining to him.
You shall not compel
the Yisraelite servant to do the work of a slave.
You shall not sell an
Yisraelite servant as a slave.
You shall not treat an
Yisraelite servant harshly.
You shall not permit a
gentile to treat harshly an Yisraelite servant.
You shall not send away
an Yisraelite servant empty handed, when he is freed from service.
You shall bestow gifts
liberally upon the Yisraelite servant at the end of his term of
service, whether the servant is male or female.
You shall redeem an
Yisraelite maid-servant.
You shall not sell an
Yisraelite maid-servant to another person.
You shall espouse an
Yisraelite maid-servant.
You shall keep the
Canaanite slave forever.
You shall not surrender
a slave who has fled to the land of Yisrael to his owner who lives
outside Yisrael.
You shall not wrong a
slave who has fled to the land of Yisrael to his owner who lives

You shall not muzzle a
beast while it is working in produce which it can eat and benefit
from.
You shall fulfil
whatever it is that you have uttered provided that it is within the
laws of the nation of Yisrael.
You shall not swear
needlessly.
You shall not violate
an oath or swear falsely.
The elders of the
assembly shall decide in cases of annulment of vows according to the
rules set forth in Torah.
You shall not break a
vow.
If you shall swear at
all, you shall do so in complete honesty.
You shall not delay in
fulfilling vows or bringing vowed or free-will offerings.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall let the land lie fallow in the Sabbatical year.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall cease from tilling the land in the Sabbatical year.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall not till the ground in the Sabbatical year.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall not do any work on the trees in the Sabbatical year.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall not reap the aftermath that grows in the Sabbatical year,
in the same manner as it is reaped in other years.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall not gather the fruit of the tree in the Sabbatical year in
the same manner as it is gathered in other years.
The High Priest or the
Levite shall sound the shofar in the Sabbatical year.
You shall release debts
in the seventh year.
You shall not demand
return of a loan after the Sabbatical year has passed.
You shall not refrain
from making a loan to a poor man because of the release of loans in
the Sabbatical year.
The Levites shall
assemble the people to hear Torah at the close of the seventh year.
The priests shall count
the years of the Jubilee by years and by cycles of seven years.
You shall keep the
Jubilee year holy by resting and letting the land lie fallow in the
land of Yisrael.
You shall not cultivate
the soil nor do any work on the trees in Yisrael during the Jubilee
Year.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall not reap the aftermath of the field that grew of itself in
the Jubilee Year in the same manner as in other years.
In the land of Yisrael,
you shall not gather the fruit of the tree in the Jubilee Year, in
the same manner as in other years.
You shall grant
redemption to the land in Yisrael in the Jubilee year.
The High Priest shall
appoint judges and officers in all of the communities of the Holy
Assembly.
The High Priest shall
not appoint as a judge a person who is not well versed in Torah, even
if he is expert in other branches of knowledge.
Men shall be appointed
to adjudicate cases of purchase and sale.
Men shall be appointed
to judge cases of liability of a paid depositary.
Men shall be appointed
to adjudicate cases of loss for which a gratuitous borrower is
liable.
Men shall be appointed
to adjudicate cases of inheritances.
Men shall be appointed
to judge cases of damage caused by an uncovered pit.
Men shall be appointed
to judge cases of injuries caused by beasts.
Men shall be appointed
to adjudicate cases of damage caused by trespass of cattle.
Men shall be appointed
to adjudicate cases of damage caused by fire.
Men shall be appointed
to adjudicate cases of damage caused by a gratuitous depositary.
Men shall be appointed
to adjudicate other cases between a plaintiff and a defendant.
You shall not curse a
judge.
A person who possesses
evidence shall testify in court without delay.
You shall not testify
falsely.
A witness who has
testified in a capital case shall not lay down the law in that
particular case.
A transgressor shall
not testify.
The court shall not
accept the testimony of a close relative of the defendant in matters
of capital punishment.
The court shall not
hear one of the parties to a suit in the absence of the other party.
The court shall examine
witnesses thoroughly but not harshly.
The court shall not
decide a case on the evidence of a single witness.
The court shall give
the decision according to the majority, when there is a difference of
opinion among the members of the Sanhedrin as to matters of law.
The court shall not
decide in capital cases according to the view of the majority when
those who are for condemnation exceed by one only those who are for
acquittal.
In capital cases, one
who had argued for acquittal shall not later on argue for
condemnation.
The judges and all
those who have been appointed to investigate cases, shall treat
parties in a litigation with equal impartiality.
The judges shall not
render iniquitous decisions.
The court shall not
favour a great man when trying a case.
No judge, investigator
or court shall take a bribe.
The judges and
investigators shall not be afraid of a bad man when trying a case.
The court shall not be
moved in trying a case by the poverty of one of the parties.
The court shall not
pervert the judgement of strangers or orphans.
The court shall not
pervert the judgement of a sinner.
The judge shall not
render a decision on one's personal opinion, but only on the evidence
of two witnesses, who saw what actually occurred.
The court shall not
execute one guilty of a capital offence before he has stood fair
trial.
Everyone in the Tribe
shall accept the rulings of all of the Supreme Courts appointed by
the High Priest.
No one shall rebel
against the orders of the Court.
You shall make a
protective barrier or fence on your roof if there is access to the
roof by way of steps.
You shall not leave
something in the way that might cause damage to another person or
beast.
You shall save the
pursued even at the cost of the life of the pursuer if the pursued is
an Yisraelite and you know that he is not guilty of a crime.
You shall not spare a
pursuer, but he is to be slain before he reaches the pursued and
slays the latter, if you know the pursued is innocent of a crime.
You shall not sell a
field in the land of Yisrael in perpetuity.
You shall not change
the character of the open land about the cities of the Levites or of
their fields; and you shall not sell it in perpetuity, but it may be
redeemed at any time.
The houses sold within
a walled city may be redeemed within a year.
You shall not remove
landmarks or property stakes.
You shall not swear
falsely in denial of another's property rights.
You shall not deny
falsely another's property rights.
You shall never settle
in the land of Egypt.
You shall not steal
personal property.
You shall restore that
which one took by robbery.
You shall return lost
property when found in a timely manner and not use the lost property
for one's own good.
You shall not pretend
not to have seen lost property, to avoid the obligation to return it
to its owner.
You shall not slay an
innocent person.
You shall not kidnap
any person of Yisrael.
You shall not rob by
violence.
You shall not defraud
anyone.
You shall not lustfully
desire what belongs to another.
You shall not lustfully
crave something that belongs to another.
You shall not indulge
in evil thoughts and sights.
The Court shall pass
sentence of death by decapitation with the sword when appropriate.
The Court shall pass
sentence of death by strangulation when appropriate.
The Court shall pass
sentence of death by burning with fire when appropriate.
The Court shall pass
sentence of death by stoning when appropriate.
The Court shall hang
the dead body of one who has incurred that penalty when appropriate.
The dead body of an
executed criminal shall not remain hanging on the tree over night.
The Court shall inter
the executed on the day of execution.
The Court shall not
accept ransom from a murderer.
The Court shall exile
one who committed accidental homicide.
The Court shall
establish six cities of refuge for those who committed accidental
homicide.
The Court shall not
accept ransom from an accidental homicide, so as to relieve him from
exile.
The Court shall have a
heifer decapitated in the manner prescribed in expiation of a murder
on the road, the perpetrator of which remained undiscovered.
You shall not plough
nor sow the rough valley in which a heifer's neck was broken.
The court shall adjudge
a thief to pay compensation.
He who inflicts a
bodily injury shall pay monetary compensation.
The Court shall impose
a penalty of fifty shekels upon the seducer of an un-betrothed virgin
and enforce the other rules in connection with the case.
A violator of an
un-betrothed virgin shall marry her.
One who has raped a
woman and has then in accordance with the law married her, may not
divorce her.
The Court shall not
inflict punishment on the Sabbath.
The Court shall punish
the wicked by the infliction of stripes when appropriate.
The Court shall not
exceed the statutory number of stripes laid on one who has incurred
that punishment.
The Court shall not
spare the offender in imposing the prescribed penalties on one who
has caused damage.
The Court shall do unto
false witnesses as they had purposed to do (to the accused).
The Court shall not
punish any one who has committed an offence under duress.
The Yisraelites must
heed the call of every Prophet in each generation, provided that he
neither adds to, nor takes away from Torah.
A Prophet shall not
prophesy falsely.
The Court shall not
refrain from putting a false prophet to death nor to be in fear of
him.
You shall not make a
carved image for the purpose of worshipping it; neither shall you
make it yourself nor shall you have it made by others.
You shall not make any
false deity with gold or silver or any other element.
You shall not make
idols even for other people.
You shall not use the
ornament of any object of idolatrous worship.
You shall not make use
of an idol or its accessory objects, offerings, or libations.
You shall not drink the
wine or water of idolaters.
You shall not worship
an idol in any manner.
You shall not bow down
to an idol in the form of worship.
You shall not prophesy
in the name of an idol.
You shall not listen to
one who prophesies in the name of an idol.
You shall not lead the
children of Yisrael astray to idolatry.
You shall not entice an
Yisraelite to idolatry.
You shall destroy
idolatry and its appurtenances.
You shall not show love
or pity for an idolater.
You shall not give up
loathing those who become idolaters.
You shall not save the
idolater from capital punishment, but to stand by at his execution.
A person whom he
attempted to entice to idolatry shall not urge pleas for the
acquittal of the idolater.
A person whom an
idolater attempted to entice shall not refrain from giving evidence
of the idolater's guilt, if he has such evidence.
You shall not swear by
an idol to its worshippers, nor cause them to swear by it.
You shall not turn
one's attention to idolatry.
You shall not adopt the
institutions of idolaters nor their customs.
You shall not sacrifice
a child in the fire to Molech or any other deity.
The Court shall not
permit any one practising witchcraft to live.
You shall not practice
astrology or keep company with those who do.
You shall not practice
superstitions which includes the use of charms, good luck objects,
etc. and you shall not keep company with those who do.
You shall not consult
with evil spirits.
You shall not consult
those who practice witchcraft of any form.
You shall not practice
unauthorised miracle working, for the Court shall consider it to be
witchcraft.
You shall not adopt the
practice of magical arts of the gentiles.
You shall not practice
the art of casting spells over snakes and scorpions.
You shall not ask
questions of an evil spirit.
You shall not consult
with those who died among you who were evil.
You shall not be
schooled by of a practitioner of witchcraft or read their books.
You shall not remove
the entire beard for the purpose of idolatry.
You shall not damage
the corners of the beard (side-burns) for the purpose of idolatry.
You shall not cut
yourself or make incisions in your flesh for the purpose of idolatry.
You shall not tattoo
the body for the purpose of idolatry.
You shall not make a
bald spot on any place of the body in commemoration of the dead.
You shall not plant a
tree for the purposes of worshipping it.
You shall not set up a
pillar for the purpose of worshipping it.
You shall not show
favour to idolaters.
You shall not make a
covenant with any of the idolatrous nations.
You shall not permit
idolaters to remain in our land forever.
The Court shall slay
the inhabitants of a city that has become idolatrous and burn that
city.
You shall not rebuild a
city that has been led astray to idolatry.
You shall not make use
of the property of a city that has been so led astray into idolatry.
You shall not
cross-breed cattle of different species.
You shall not sow
different kinds of seed together in one field but you must make a
separation between two different fields.
You shall not eat the
fruit of a tree for three years from the time it was planted.
The fruit of
fruit-bearing trees in the fourth year of their planting shall be
sacred like the second tithe and eaten in Yerushalyam.
You shall not sow grain
or herbs in a vineyard.
You shall not eat the
produce of diverse seeds sown in a vineyard.
You shall not work with
beasts of different species yoked together.
A man shall not wear
women's clothing in order to deceive others into committing a sexual
act.
A woman shall not wear
men's clothing in order to deceive others into committing a sexual
act.
You shall not wear
garments made of wool and linen mixed together.
You shall redeem the
first-born human male and have him blessed by the High Priest.
You shall redeem the
firstling of a donkey and similar mammals.
You shall break the
neck of the firstling of a donkey and similar mammals if they are not
redeemed.
You shall not redeem
the firstling of a clean beast.
The Priest shall wear
the appointed priestly vestments for the various Temple and
tabernacle services.
You shall not tear the
High Priest's robe.
The Priest shall not
enter the Sanctuary at times when he is not appointed to perform
service.
The ordinary Priest
shall not defile himself by contact with any dead, other than
immediate relatives, after which he shall not be permitted to enter
the sanctuary for seven days.
The sons of Aaron may
defile themselves for their deceased relatives (by attending their
burial), and mourn for them like other Yisraelites, who are commanded
to mourn for their relatives, but shall not be permitted to enter the
sanctuary for seven days.
A Priest who had an
emission during the day shall cleanse himself from his uncleanness
and shall not serve in the Sanctuary until after sunset.
A Priest shall not
marry a divorced woman.
A Priest shall not
marry a prostitute.
A Priest shall not
marry a woman who has been raped.
You shall show honour
to a Priest and give him precedence in all things that are holy.
The High Priest shall
not defile himself with any dead, even if they are relatives, but if
he does by accident or against his will, he shall be unclean for
thirty days and he shall not be permitted to enter the Sanctuary
during his time of uncleanness.
The High Priest shall
not go under the same roof with a dead body.
The High Priest shall
marry a virgin if he desires to be married.
The High Priest shall
not marry a widow.
The High Priest shall
not cohabit with a widow, even without marriage, because he profanes
her.
A person with a bruise
shall not serve in the Sanctuary until the bruise has healed and the
skin has returned to its natural colour, but if the person has a
frightening scar that will not return to its natural state, he shall
never sever in the Sanctuary.
A Priest with a
temporary scar shall not serve in the Sanctuary until it has healed.
A person with a bruise
shall not enter the Sanctuary further than the altar, but if the
bruise has an emission he shall not serve at the altar.
A Priest who is unclean
shall not serve in the Sanctuary, for he is required to make mikvah
on a daily basis before the rising of the sun.
The Priests shall send
the unclean out of the Camp and away from the tabernacle until they
have become clean.
A Priest who is unclean
shall not enter the courtyard.
The sons or descendants
of Aaron shall bless Yisrael daily.
All Yisraelites shall
set apart a portion of their dough for the Priest.
The Levites shall not
occupy themselves with the service that belongs to the sons of Aaron,
nor the sons of Aaron with that belonging to the Levites, except out
of the case of extreme necessity and as appointed by the High Priest.
One who is not a
descendant of Aaron in the male line shall not serve in the
Sanctuary.
The Levite shall serve
in the Sanctuary.
The Court shall make
ensure the Levites have cities to dwell in, these to serve also as
cities of refuge.
None of the tribe of
Levi shall take any portion of territory in the land of Yisrael.
None of the tribe of
Levi shall take any share of the spoil at the conquest of the
Promised Land.
The sons of Aaron shall
serve in the Sanctuary in divisions, but on High Holy Days they all
serve together.
An uncircumcised person
shall not shall not eat of any food that has been set apart as holy,
including the Holy Meal.
You shall not alter the
order of separating the terumah and the tithes; the separation be in
the order first-fruits at the beginning, then the terumah, then the
first tithe, and last the second tithe.
You shall give half a
shekel every year to the Sanctuary of the Temple for provision of the
public sacrifices.
A priest who is unclean
shall not eat of the terumah.
A person who is not a
kahein or the wife or unmarried daughter of a kahein shall not eat of
the terumah.
A sojourner with a
kahein or his hired servant shall not eat of the terumah if he
himself is not a kahein.
You shall not eat
unholy things.
You shall set apart the
tithe of the produce (one tenth of the produce after taking out
terumah) for the Levites.
You shall tithe cattle.
You shall not sell the
tithe of the heard.
The Levites shall set
apart a tenth of the tithes, which they had received from the
Yisraelites, and give it to the Priest which is the terumah of the
tithe.
You shall not eat the
second tithe of cereals outside of Yerushalyam.
You shall not consume
the second tithe of the vintage outside of Yerushalyam.
You shall not consume
the second tithe of the oil outside of Yerushalyam.
You shall not forsake
the Levites; but their gifts (dues) should be given to them, so that
they might rejoice therewith on each and every festival .
You shall set apart the
second tithe in the first, second, fourth and fifth years of the
sabbatical cycle to be eaten by its owner in Yerushalyam.
You shall set apart the
second tithe in the third and sixth year of the sabbatical cycle for
the poor.
You shall give the
kahein the due portions of the carcass of cattle.
You shall give the
first of the fleece to the priest.
You shall set apart a
small portion of the grain, wine and oil for the Priest.
You shall not expend
the proceeds of the second tithe on anything but food and drink.
You shall not eat the
Second Tithe, even in Yerushalyam, in a state of uncleanness, until the
tithe had been redeemed.
You shall not eat the
Second Tithe, when mourning.
You shall make the
declaration when bringing the second tithe to the Sanctuary.
You shall not carve
anything into the altar without authorisation from Alhym.
You shall not go up by
steps to the altar of Alhym; this will keep your nakedness from
touching it; if an altar has been built with steps, the altar must be
above the priest's waist.
The Yisraelites shall
build the Sanctuary of the Temple.
You shall not remove
the poles from the Ark.
The Levite set the
Bread of Presence and the frankincense before Yahuah every Sabbath.
The priest and the
Levites shall kindle lights in the Sanctuary.
The breastplate shall
not be loosened from the ephod.
The High Priest shall
offer up incense twice daily.
The priests or Levites
shall not offer unauthorised incense nor any unauthorised sacrifice
upon the golden altar.
The Priest shall wash
his hands, face and feet at the time of service.
You shall prepare the
oil of anointment and anoint the King and High Priest with it.
You shall not
manufacture oil for lay use after the formula of the anointing oil.
You shall not anoint a
stranger with the anointing oil.
You shall not
manufacture anything after the formula of the incense.
He who in error makes
unlawful use of sacred things shall make restitution of the value of
his trespass and add a fifth.
The ashes from the
altar shall be removed.
The fire shall always
burn on the altar of the burnt-offering.
You shall not
extinguish the fire on the altar.
A kahein shall not
enter the Sanctuary with filthy or dishevelled hair.
A kahein shall not
enter the Sanctuary with filthy or torn garments.
The kahein shall not
leave the Courtyard of the Sanctuary during service.
An intoxicated person
shall not enter the Sanctuary nor give decisions in matters of Torah
or civil law.
You shall revere the
Temple and provide for its needs through the tithe and free-will
offerings.
When the Ark is carried
the poles of the Ark shall rest on the shoulder.
You shall observe the
second Passover.
You shall eat the flesh
of the Paschal lamb on the Passover with unleavened bread and bitter
herbs.
You shall not leave any
flesh of the Paschal lamb brought on the second Passover until the
morning.
You shall not break a
bone of the Paschal lamb brought on the second Passover.
The kahein or Levites
shall sound the shofars at the offering of sacrifices and in times of
trouble.
You shall watch over
the edifice continually.
You shall not permit
the Holy of Holies to remain unwatched.
An offering shall be
brought by one who has in error committed a trespass against sacred
things, or robbed, or lain carnally with a bond-maid betrothed to a
man, or denied what was deposited with him and swore falsely to
support his denial. This is called a guilt-offering for a known
trespass.
You shall not destroy
anything of the Sanctuary or of houses of study, nor erase the Holy
Name of Alhym; nor may the Holy Book or sacred scriptures be
destroyed outside of the prescribed manner.
The kahein shall
sanctify the firstling of clean cattle or its equivalent and offer it
up.
The kahein shall slay
the Paschal lamb or its equivalent.
You shall eat the flesh
of the Paschal sacrifice on the night of the fifteenth of the first
month.
You shall not eat the
flesh of the Paschal lamb raw or boiled.
You shall not leave any
portion of the flesh of the Paschal sacrifice until the morning
unconsumed.
You shall not give the
flesh of the Paschal lamb to an Yisraelite who had become an apostate.
You shall not give the
flesh of the Paschal lamb to a ger to eat.
You shall not take any
of the flesh of the Paschal lamb from the company's place of
assembly.
You shall not break a
bone of the Paschal lamb.
The uncircumcised shall
not eat of the flesh of the Paschal lamb.
You shall not slaughter
the Paschal lamb while there is leaven in the home.
You shall not leave the
part of the Paschal lamb that should be burnt on the altar until the
morning, when it will no longer be fit to be burnt.
You shall not go up to
the Temple for any Holy Day or Festival without bringing an offering.
You shall bring the
first fruits to the Temple.
The flesh of a
sin-offering and guilt-offering shall be eaten.
One not of the seed of
Aaron shall not eat the flesh of the holy sacrifices.
All shall observe the
procedure of the burnt-offering in its prescribed manner.
All shall observe the
procedure of the meal-offering.
You shall not offer up
leaven or honey.
Every sacrifice shall
be salted.
You shall not offer up
any offering that has not been salted.
The Court of Judgement
shall offer up a sacrifice if they have erred in a judicial
pronouncement.
An individual shall
bring a sin-offering to the Temple if he has sinned in error by
committing any type of transgression.
All shall offer a
sacrifice of varying value in accordance with one's means.
You shall not sever
completely the head of a fowl brought as a sin-offering.
You shall not put olive
oil in a sin-offering made of flour.
You shall not put
frankincense on a sin-offering made of flour.
Every individual shall
bring an offering if he is in doubt as to whether he has committed a
sin for which one has to bring a sin-offering.
The remainder of the
meal offerings shall be eaten.
You shall not permit
the remainder of the meal offerings to become leavened.
The High Priest shall
offer a meal offering daily.
You shall not eat of
the meal offering brought by Aaron and his sons.
All shall observe the
procedure of the sin-offering.
You shall not eat of
the flesh of sin offerings, the blood of which is brought within the
Sanctuary and sprinkled towards the Veil.
All shall observe the
procedure of the guilt-offering.
All shall observe the
procedure of the peace-offering.
You shall burn meat of
the holy sacrifice that has remained over.
You shall not eat of
sacrifices that are eaten beyond the appointed time for eating them.
You shall not eat of
holy things that have become unclean.
You shall burn meat of
the holy sacrifice that has become unclean but not as an offering.
A person who is unclean
shall not eat of things that are holy.
A Priest's daughter who
profaned herself shall not eat of the holy things, neither of the
heave offering nor of the breast, nor of the shoulder of peace
offerings.
A woman after
childbirth shall bring an offering when she becomes clean.
A person who has been
ill shall bring a sacrifice after he is cleansed or healed.
A man having any kind
of running issue shall bring a sacrifice after he is cleansed of the
running issue.
A woman having a
running issue shall bring a sacrifice after she is cleansed of the
running issue
You shall observe, on
Yom Kippur, the service appointed for that day, regarding the
sacrifice, confessions, sending away of the scapegoat, etc.
You shall not slaughter
beasts set apart for sacrifices outside the Sanctuary of the Temple.
You shall not eat flesh
of a sacrifice that has been left over beyond the time appointed for
its consumption.
You shall not sanctify
blemished cattle for sacrifice on the altar, and shall not offer them
up as a sacrifice.
Every animal that is to
be offered up shall be without blemish.
You shall not inflict a
blemish on cattle set apart for sacrifice.
You shall not slaughter
blemished cattle as sacrifices.
You shall not burn the
limbs of blemished cattle upon the altar.
You shall not sprinkle
the blood of blemished cattle upon the altar.
You shall not offer up
a blemished beast that comes from non-Yisraelites.
Sacrifices of cattle
can only take place when they are at least eight days old.
You shall not leave any
flesh of the thanksgiving offering until the morning.
You shall offer up the
meal-offering of the Omer on the morning after the first day of
Passover, together with one lamb.
You shall not eat bread
made of new grain before the Omer of barley has been offered up on
the second day of Passover.
You shall not eat
roasted grain of the new produce before the Omer of barley.
You shall not eat fresh
ears of the new grain before the Omer of barley.
You shall bring wave
loaves of bread together with the sacrifices which are then offered
up in connection with the loaves.
You shall offer up an
additional sacrifice on Passover.
One who vows to Yahuah
the monetary value of a person shall pay the amount appointed in the
Scriptural portion.
If a beast is exchanged
for one that had been set apart as an offering, both become sacred.
You shall not exchange
a beast set aside for sacrifice.
One who vows to Yahuah
the monetary value of an unclean beast shall pay its value.
One who vows the value
of a his house shall pay according to the appraisal of a Priest.
One who sanctifies to
Yahuah a portion of his field shall pay according to the estimation
appointed in the Scriptural portion.
You shall not transfer
a beast set apart for sacrifice from one class of sacrifices to
another.
You shall decide in
regard to dedicated property as to which is sacred to Yahuah and
which belongs to the Priest.
You shall not sell a
field devoted to Yahuah.
You shall not redeem a
field devoted to Yahuah.
You shall make
confession before Yahuah of any sin that one has committed, when
bringing a sacrifice to the priest and at other times.
You shall not put olive
oil in the meal-offering of a person suspected of adultery.
You shall not put
frankincense on it an offering of a person suspected of adultery.
All shall bring the
regular sacrifices daily.
All shall bring an
additional sacrifice every Sabbath.
All shall bring an
additional sacrifice every New Moon.
All shall bring an
additional offering on the day of the first fruits (Shavuot).
All shall bring an
additional sacrifice on the Feast of Trumpets, Rosh Hashanah.
All shall bring an
additional sacrifice on Yom Kippur.
All shall bring an
additional sacrifice on the Feat of Sukkoth.
All shall bring an
additional offering on the eighth day after the feast of Tabernacles
called (Shemini Atzeret).
All shall bring all
their offerings, whether obligatory or freewill, on the first
festival after these were incurred.
You shall not offer up
sacrifices outside the Temple.
You shall offer all
sacrifices at the Temple.
You shall redeem cattle
set apart for sacrifices that contracted disqualifying blemishes,
after which they may be eaten by anyone.
You shall not eat of
the unblemished firstling outside Yerushalyam.
You shall not eat the
flesh of the burnt-offering. This is a prohibition applying to every
trespasser, not to enjoy any of the holy things.
The sons of Aaron shall
not eat the flesh of the sin-offering or guilt-offering outside the
Courtyard of the Temple.
You shall not eat of
the flesh of the sacrifices that are holy in a minor degree, before
the blood has been sprinkled on the altar.
The Priest shall not
eat the first-fruits before they are set down in the Courtyard of the
Temple.
To bring sacrifices to
the Sanctuary from places outside the land of Yisrael even if it is
burdensome, for this in itself becomes an additional sacrifice.
You shall not eat the
flesh of beasts set apart as sacrifices that have been rendered unfit
to be offered up by deliberately inflicted blemish.
You shall not do work
with cattle set apart for sacrifice.
You shall not shear
beasts set apart for sacrifice.
You shall not leave any
portion of the festival offering brought on the fourteenth of the
first month unto the third day.
You shall not offer up
a beast that has a temporary blemish.
You shall not bring
sacrifices out of the money that was once in the possession of a
prostitute.
You shall read the
portion prescribed on bringing the first fruits.
Eight species of
creeping things defile by contact.
Foods become defiled by
contact with unclean things.
Anyone who touches the
carcass of a beast that died of itself shall be unclean.
A prostitute is under
the same regulations of uncleanness as a menstruating woman.
A leper is unclean and
defiles anything he touches.
The leper shall be
universally recognized as such by the prescribed marks. So too, all
other unclean persons should declare themselves as such.
A leprous garment is
unclean and defiles anything it touches.
A leprous house
defiles.
A man having a running
issue defiles anything he touches.
The fluids of
copulation defiles.
Purification from all
kinds of defilement shall be effected by ceremonial washing.
A menstruating woman is
unclean and defiles others she touches.
A woman having a
running issue defiles anything she touches.
You shall carry out the
ordinance of the Red Heifer so that its ashes will always be
available.
A corpse defiles.
The waters of
separation defile one who is clean, and cleanse the unclean from
pollution by a dead body.
You shall not dispel
the hair of a scaly eruption on the scalp.
The procedure of
cleansing leprosy, whether of a man or of a house, takes place with
cedar-wood, hyssop, scarlet thread, two birds, and running water.
The leper shall shave
off all the hair of his body and wash himself in pure water.
You shall not remove
the marks of leprosy.
You shall not curse a
ruler, that is, the King in the land of Yisrael.
A King shall be
appointed.
You shall not appoint
as ruler over Yisrael, one who comes from non-Yisraelites, or a person
who was once a ger unless they have been grafted in for more than
thirty years.
The King shall not
acquire an excessive number of horses, wives, or gold and silver or
other possessions.
The King shall write a
scroll of the Torah for himself, in addition to the one that every
person should write, so that he writes two scrolls.
A Nazarite shall not
drink wine, or anything mixed with wine which tastes like wine; and
even if the wine or the mixture has turned sour, it is prohibited to
him.
A Nazarite shall not
eat fresh grapes.
A Nazarite shall not
eat dried grapes (raisins).
A Nazarite shall not
eat the kernels of the grapes.
A Nazarite shall not
eat of the skins of the grapes.
A Nazarite shall permit
his hair to grow as long as he is under the oath of his Nazariteship.
A Nazarite shall not
cut his hair before the appointed time.
A Nazarite shall not
enter any covered structure where there is a dead body.
A Nazarite shall not
defile himself for any dead person by being in the presence of the
corpse or touching a vessel or cloth that was in the same room when a
person died.
A Nazarite shall shave
off all of his hair when he brings his offerings at the completion of
the period of his Nazariteship, or within that period if he has
become defiled.
Those engaged in
warfare shall not fear their enemies nor be panic-stricken by them
during battle.
The High Priest shall
anoint a special Priest to speak to the soldiers in times of war.
In a permissive war as
distinguished from obligatory ones, you shall to observe the
procedure prescribed in Torah.
You shall not keep
alive any individual of the seven Canaanite nations.
You shall exterminate
the seven Canaanite nations from the land of Yisrael.
You shall not destroy
fruit trees wantonly or in warfare.
You shall deal with a
beautiful person taken captive in war in the manner prescribed in the
Torah.
You shall not sell a
beautiful person taken captive in war.
You shall not degrade a
beautiful person taken captive in war to the condition of a servant
forever.
You shall not offer
peace to the Ammonites and the Moabites before waging war on them, as
should be done to other nations.
Anyone who is unclean
shall not enter the Camp of the Levites.
You shall have a place
outside the camp for sanitary purposes.
You shall keep the
place for sanitary purposes clean by covering all forms of waste.
You shall always
remember what Amalek did to us.
The evil done to us by
Amalek shall not be forgotten.
You shall destroy the
seed of Amalek in time of war.
You shall love Yahuah
your Alhym and worship Him alone as the One Alhym.
You shall love your
neighbour as you love yourself and treat him with deserved respect.
